For emergencies our guarantee is a verified technician at your door within 60 minutes on the Signature plan, and same-day for everyone else. If we miss the 60-minute promise, the call-out is free.
On the Home and Signature memberships there are no call-out fees. For one-off visits a small diagnostic fee applies and is deducted from the job once you approve the quote.
Always. We share a clear quote before any tool comes out, and nothing extra is added without your approval. You also receive a photo-verified report when the job is done.
